Tampa Hypnotist Erick Känd was hired for this event to facilitate an entertaining team building element as the grand finale for a day full of content rich sessions. A few groups had recently been merged together within the organization, and this was a prime opportunity to do something interactive and fun while reinforcing the thematic elements of the employee Summit.
